Amla polyphenols are obtained by the aqueous alcohol extraction of dried fruit of Emblica Officinalis. The product is brown in colour with characteristic taste and odour of amla. The amla polyphenols find its application in nutraceutical ingredients, anti-diabetic products, anti-oxidants, food, and beverages, etc. The product is standardized to a maximum polyphenol content of NLT 25%.
