Division: Aurea Biolabs
Sales Officer is responsible for the growth of the company’s foray into the Nutraceuticals, Health & Wellness ingredients business as an SBU. Will be responsible for developing and shaping the Marketing Strategy, Brand Image and Business Development in alignment with the overall business objectives of Plant Lipids Group of Companies.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development
- Builds key customer relationship, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- Creating a global reach for the Company’s innovative products with a good understanding of the international Nutraceuticals market, by building partnership relationships in different geographies.
- Be proactive and aggressive in maintain good relationship with existing/potential/new customers by maintaining constant communication through various channels.
Marketing
- Managing marketing functions like product planning & roadmaps, consultation and business development.
- Monitor Marketing trends across competition and provide management information and market intelligence on Key Performance Indicators
Functional
- Work closely with R&D/ New Product Development and other cross-functional teams.
- Position required to travel within India and overseas for participation in trade shows and customer meetings.
- Need to touch base with all cross functional team and ensure transactional support for all aspects of the product lifecycle based on requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: B Pharm/M Pharm/M.Sc. Chemistry with MBA/PGDM
- Experience: 3-5+ (Years) with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/health and wellness/Nutraceuticals business (with relevant international marketing exposure)
