A key highlight of the conference was the session on 26th February, where our Chief Procurement Officer, Mr. Thomas Daniel, delivered an insightful presentation on “Global Spice Market Dynamics: Trends in Demand and Supply of Ginger & Turmeric.” His address provided an in-depth analysis of evolving market patterns, sourcing challenges, and the strategic direction of the global ginger and turmeric trade-sparking thought-provoking discussions among industry leaders and peers.
