The ISC 2025 brought together global stakeholders from across the spice value chain under the theme “Building Trust Beyond Borders,” fostering engaging dialogue, innovation, and collaboration.

A key highlight of the conference was the session on 26th February, where our Chief Procurement Officer, Mr. Thomas Daniel, delivered an insightful presentation on “Global Spice Market Dynamics: Trends in Demand and Supply of Ginger & Turmeric.” His address provided an in-depth analysis of evolving market patterns, sourcing challenges, and the strategic direction of the global ginger and turmeric trade-sparking thought-provoking discussions among industry leaders and peers.
