We are seeking a dynamic and innovation-driven Portfolio Manager (Commercialization) to join our Product development team to explore new business opportunities & manage a set of innovative projects by working closely with R&D, commercial & business operations to sufficiently understand the technical details and translate them into commercial opportunities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Techno-commercial strategy & product Commercialisation
- Act as a key techno-commercial bridge between R&D, business development, and international customers—translating clinical evidence into marketable product value stories.
- Support commercialization of proprietary products through claim substantiation, product differentiation strategy, and scientific input for marketing and sales tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Provide clinical insights to influence R&D roadmap, product ideation, and innovation pipeline prioritization.
Product Development prioritisation
- Lead new product development pipeline from Idea to sales- scope & validate ideas/concepts, prioritise & lead to the finish line.
- Ensure documentation and traceability of products from development to commercialisation.
- Manage full-cycle multicentre clinical programs, including protocol development, budgeting, site/vendor oversight, and delivery of study milestones.
- Manage publications to enhance global scientific credibility & brand visibility.

Technical Competencies

- Proven commercial and portfolio management experience, with a strong strategic mindset.
- Experience in Chemistry, Chemical, or Industrial processes will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s/PhD in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, portfolio management, innovation, consulting, or related fields.
- Approximately 30% travel is expected.
