Roles & Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing digital graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Assist in the creation of engaging video content, including editing and optimization for digital platforms.
- Contribute to website updates by creating and implementing design elements to enhance user experience.
- Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for images and videos, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
- Develop designs for brochures, exhibition materials, and promotional items, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Create visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and develop templates for various digital and print collateral to streamline the content creation process.
- Work closely with senior designers and collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas to meet business objectives.
- Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere) to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Ensure that digital designs are responsive and compatible with different devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Quickly adapt to new design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Actively participate in design critiques, receive feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Clearly communicate design concepts and ideas to team members, incorporating feedback in a constructive manner.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies through self-learning and training sessions.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field is preferred, although candidates from other disciplines will also be considered if they have a proven record for digital work.
Required Work Experience
The candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in managing diverse marketing initiatives.
Technical Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere). Knowledge of responsive design principles. Familiarity with digital marketing best practices. Ability to create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs. Strong understanding of design trends and ability to adapt quickly.
