We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Corporate/Executive Chef to lead the technical culinary function at Tropical Flavours. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving new product development, project vitality, and collaborative innovation across Marketing, Commercial, and Consumer Insights teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong culinary expertise, a passion for food innovation, and the ability to mentor and build technical capabilities within a growing team—all while representing Tropical Flavours in customer interactions, exhibitions, and industry events.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic
- Spearheading Technical Function to achieve Tropical Flavours Sales Targets.
- Work in Conjunction with Marketing, Commercial and Innovation Teams in Executing Projects and developing new concepts and propositions.
- Managing Project Vitality related to projects execution and adoptions.
- Build Technical resources and Infrastructure capability of Jr. Chefs to improve speed and efficacy of project execution.
- Collaborating with Sales, Creation and Consumer Insights functions to drive Innovation.
- Guiding and offer Technical Capabilities with External & Internal Stakeholder.
- Develop and create innovative dishes and present it to customers and internal stake holders.
Execution
- End to End execution of the projects from Customer Brief, Customer Presentation and Commercialization.
- Responsible for Sooth functioning of Tropical Flavours Kitchen.
- Develop new concepts in Seasonings and Culinary products on Kitchen scale.
People
- Coaching & mentoring the team of Application Technologies, Jr. Chefs. Chemists, and Food Technologists.
- Build Teams Capabilities in new application, technology, and Infrastructure.
- Represent Tropical Flavours in various exhibitions and Trade shows.

Qualifications & Experience
