Plant Lipids is pleased to announce that following our BRC Audit Plant Lipids UK has been awarded with an AA grade. In addition to this we have also been awarded the voluntary module for traded and factored goods to ensure a secure supply chain of oils and oleoresins.
Plant Lipids bags Kerala State Industrial Safety Award 2021
Plant Lipids has won First Place in Kerala State Industrial Safety Award 2021 conferred by the Department of Factories and Boilers in conjunction with Kerala Pollution Control Board for the outstanding performance in Industrial Safety and Health. We won the award after a through scrutiny of previous accident history (if any), installed firefighting and warning systems, HSE Practices, adherence to HSE systems and policies, training and skill development by the jury.
Plant Lipids receives CII Award for Commitment to Food Safety
Plant Lipids has won the Award for Commitment to Food Safety, conferred by the Confederation of Indian Industries on the 12th CII Food Safety Virtual Awards Ceremony. We have received the “Commendation Certificate for Strong Commitment to Food Safety” in the category, ‘Criteria 3, Large- Food Ingredients, Processing Aids, Oleoresin, Essential oils’. CII, which recognizes best in class food business operators on food safety excellence, assess the organizations through stringent evaluation by veterans in the food industry, setting benchmark for quality. It is an honor to have been recognized by CII that indeed motivates us to work more towards building a sustainable future.
COVID-19 CARE KITS – For the Community
The indispensible role of frontline workers and the medical fraternity in the fight against COVID-19 cannot be overstated. To support them as part of NURTURE initiative, Mr. John Nechupadom – Managing Director, Plant Lipids Pvt. Ltd. – is handing over Covid Care Kits with essentials like N95 masks, PPE kits, gloves and the like to community health centres in Cochin. Oxygen concentrators were also donated to General Hospital, Cochin.
COVID -19 VACCINATION DRIVE @Plant Lipids
Through NURTURE initiative, Plant Lipids is providing free Covid-19 vaccinations to all of its employees and their immediate families. Currently, COVID-19 Mega Free Vaccination Programme – Phase 1 is in full swing and covers manufacturing facilities in Kochi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Sri Lanka. The scheme is implemented with the support of relevant authorities and follows all safety protocols.

Plant Lipids Private Limited as a group is in the process of migrating to a new industry-leading Enterprise Resource Planning system. This change is to support our long-term growth strategy and strong commitment towards excellence. This will enable us to work more efficiently and improve responsiveness with all our customers.
The new ERP system implementation would get completed by the first week of May 2019.
